Claims need to be supported by your original policy certificate, original supporting reports and documentation such as police reports, doctor's reports, transport provider’s reports, receipts, valuations or proof of ownership and sent to the address shown above.

In the event of claims under some policy sections an excess will apply.

The code of practice

We have developed an internal procedure for dispute resolution so that if at any time our products or services have not satisfied your expectations you can contact us.

If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved you may request to have the matter reviewed by management, who will respond to you within 15 working days.

If you are still unhappy, you may take your dispute to an external dispute resolution scheme for review.

Compusure is a subscriber to the Insurance Brokers Dispute Facility (IBDF). QBE Insurance is a member of Insurance Inquiries Ombudsman Service Limited (IOS). These external dispute resolution schemes can make decisions with which Compusure or QBE Insurance are obliged to comply.
